I have developed a deep interest in soil as metaphor, 'membrane', material process and 'container'.  As complex, rich and abundant as a rainforest or coral reef, soil is largely taken for granted but I see the role of soil as the 'cooking pot' or crucible within which a re-enchantment can evolve.  What can soil tell us about this moment? can it teach us reciprocity? Can it teach us care?

Exposed to the elements, the soil, and a whole host of other more-then-human collaborators were involved in this making.
